Get Started

MC Animaker is made of two parts that work together:

  • MCA Link: A Blender addon used to create and export your projects.
  • MCA Toolkit: A Minecraft mod that reads the exported projects, managing world integration and in-game playback.

You will need both installed to use the full workflow.

Requirements

Before installing anything, make sure you have:

Blender Version Compatibility

MCA Link was specifically made and tested for Blender 4.5 LTS (4.2 should be fine aswell).
Other versions may work, but they are not officially supported and may cause bugs or crashes.

  3. When the prompt appears, make sure Enable Add-on is checked.
