All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by the Author.
3. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability¶
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
THE AUTHOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL FUNCTION FOR ALL USERS OR IN ALL ENVIRONMENTS.

- Repackage, resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Software itself
Private modification for personal use may occur, however:
Sharing modified versions of the Software, regardless of intent, is strictly prohibited.
5. Content Responsibility and Acceptable Use¶
The Software is a tool that enables the creation and playback of Content.
The Author does not control or guarantee the nature of Content created or used by Users.
The User is responsible only for actions they directly and knowingly perform, including:
- Creating Content
- Intentionally distributing Content
- Intentionally playing, reproducing, or facilitating Content
Mere exposure to Content does not, by itself, constitute a violation of this License.
If the User enters an environment where prohibited Content is present, the User is encouraged to leave or stop interacting with it. Continued intentional viewing, playback, reproduction, participation, or facilitation after the User knows, or reasonably should know, that the Content is prohibited may be treated as active involvement.
The User agrees not to knowingly create, distribute, or actively use Content that includes:
- Hate speech or discriminatory material targeting individuals or groups based on real-world characteristics (such as race, nationality, religion, gender, or similar attributes)
- Terrorist or extremist content
- Nazi-related content or symbolism
- Excessive graphic violence, gore, or content intended primarily to shock or depict severe bodily harm
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Any content that violates applicable laws or widely enforced platform rules
6. Platform Compliance and Enforcement¶
The User acknowledges that Content created or used with the Software may be subject to third-party platform rules and agreements, including but not limited to the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA).
Third-party platforms may independently enforce their own rules, including restrictions or penalties.
The Author does not control third-party enforcement systems and cannot guarantee the outcome of actions taken by such platforms.
Additionally, the Author reserves the right to take action in response to misuse of the Software or violations of this License, where applicable.
The User understands that enforcement may occur through one or more parties, independently or in combination.
7. Nature of the Software and Third-Party Dependencies¶
The Software is an independent tool and is not an official product of Mojang or Microsoft.
It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or supported by Mojang or Microsoft.
Parts of the Software may depend on or interact with third-party software or platforms, which may be subject to their own licenses and terms.
This License applies only to the MC Animaker Ecosystem as distributed by the Author and does not override or replace any applicable third-party licenses.
8. Commercial Use and Revenue Threshold¶
The Software may be used in both non-commercial and commercial projects for free.
However:
If the User generates a total of USD 100 (one hundred United States dollars) or more in revenue from projects that:
- Use the Software substantially, or
- Have the Software as a core component
Then the User is required to obtain a Commercial License.
This requirement applies to the combined total revenue across all projects, not per individual project.
Failure to comply constitutes a violation of this License.

Localization files are licensed under CC BY 4.0.
Authors/contributors must be credited accordingly.
10. Changes to this License¶
The Author reserves the right to modify or update this License at any time.
Updated versions will apply to all future use of the Software.
Continued use of the Software after changes to this License constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Acceptance of Terms¶
By using the Software, the User agrees to all terms stated in this document.
If the User does not agree, they must not use the Software.
